The Lords have come a long way and their family continues to grow. I was so excited to read Torrin's story and I'm glad to say it did not disappoint. I really liked his and Keely's dynamic. It reminded me of Strider and Kaia. Constant flirting and complete honesty. I can't tell you how many times I cheered with excitement and how many times I shook my head disappointed in the choices made by men. Soo... I'm curious whose book is next? Will William's book be under the Lords or Fallen Angels?? Also I've noticed on boards and in this book that everyone expects him to be with Gilly. I really hope when his book comes that Gena does something unexpected like kill her off permanently or have her fall in love with another human. That would be interesting. But back to Torrin's story.
Best Parts
When Keely found out Cameo was his ex girlfriend. Like seriously how akward is that? By the way I live with my ex....
The love triangle between Hades and Torrin. Keely only had eyes for Torrin but seeing Hades charm her got me excited. I've always been a fan of villians.
The HO Team!! I love that Keely has a type A personality like Anya and Kaia..
Parts I could have done without
Galen's yearning for Legion... Like really dude. You should be making amends with your daughter not chasing your dick.
The indecisiveness and constant flip flopping. DON'T toy with me Gena! Don't make a dramatic statement and then two pages later say Take Backsies!!
The random updates. I understand that we are all fans and we like to know what's going on with the characters as times passes but I almost couldn't keep up with it all. If you want to mention what's up give me a paragraph or more.
Is it me or Reyes was kind of douche in this story???

I like Galen but I have not been able to stomach Legion aka Honey aka Leila or whatever her new name is, from the beginning. With that said I do appreciate her love of pretty pink princesses and her innocence. I think they are an odd couple. But opposites attract. A lot of high strong Type As need someone that will force them to laugh and let their guards down.
I have enjoyed watching Galen's journey. I want nothing more than for him to be part of the Lords. I am glad that he is getting closer and his relationship with What's Her Name helps make it happen.
Since we have been reading about Galen in the other books I can understand why his story was a novella but I always want more. So there's that.

OMFG I love Fox. Like I have a girl crush to the point where I want to sniff her hair. I wish this was a full novel vs a novella. The chemistry between Fox and Bjorn was off the charts!
Their meeting is the BEST first impression of all time. I was literally still imaging it days after I had finished this story.
I want to know more about Fox's background. I feel like more could have been done/explored. I hate that this was so short. I adore the bromance/bond that the three angels share and want more of that.
Since I'm reading this series in order, I was a bit disappointed with some of the overlap/spoilers of William's story. I haven't even read it yet and I was turned off by his chick. Wasn't feeling the snippet of interaction that was presented. So that was unfortunate.
So yeah, Fox is now my favorite person.

For some reason I thought this third book was the final book. I'm so glad that is NOT the case because the cliff hanger on this one will leave you an empty husk for at least 60 minutes.
River is a really dark place and for once in her life she has a support system to love and care for her. There is a huge change in dynamics in this book. Before River is just bad ass, untouchable, solitary, and hyper focused on her mission. In this installment she's healing, we see a more vulnerable and affectionate side of her, and I love it.
I honestly didn't think I could fall more in love with the Kings, but it totally happened. The protectiveness the desire to care for River both emotionally and physically, the support provided is swoon worthy.
Before this book, Knox was my favorite. There was just something about the unique pain/pleasure sexual connection he had with River. However, after this one they have, all been elevated to equal panty dropping, please will you marry me and let me be your queen status.
This story is totally bad ass, action packed, full of revenge, drama, and lots of super sexy moments. I went through all of the feelings and as stated above unexpected unforeseen plot twist and cliff hanger will leave you messed up for a bit. I highly suggest you read with tissues and a comfort support animal or person within reach.
Can't wait for the final book!!!!

I feel so dead inside. The cliff hanger ya'll. It's too much for my fragile heart. Not what I was expecting at all.
I fell in love with River and the Kings during the first book. I usually wait until a series is complete before reading because the anticipation is usually too much. But I couldn't quit them. After discovering I had to wait I entertained the idea of just waiting for the entire series... I should have done just that.
This book was so emotional. River grows in so many ways. So many walls are broken down and there is a raw intensity that consumes you. You see a new protective side of the guys and it's adorable and intense. This is a must read.

I wasn't sure about this series. The first book didn't hook me. The second book was much darker and the ending had me interested in what will happen next. But this third book. It was fire!!! So many plot twists and personal growth all around. The plot twists were exciting and plentiful.
I am thrilled to see there are more books with a heroine that is a bit more badass from the get go than Story. The introduction of a non-white H is also thrilling to me. (Sorry I read a lot of romance and it's so hard to find diversity)
BUT I digress. Each of the Lords and Story have the best HEA. Usually when I see similar HEAs they aren't as detailed. I hope this was done to make me emotionally commit to any future books.
This series did not disappoint and look forward to diving deeper into the world of these Royals.

I have really mixed feelings on this one. The dark, disturbing, scenes were hot AF. The things that man wanted to do and did do to Remedy gave me goosebumps.
The back story of both characters was infuriating and justified their dark desires and the twisted connection they had for one another.
What turned me off were the dead-end scenes. More than once they had interactions that had no significance. One or both would act impulsively almost childish and immature and then act outraged when the other didn't respond the way they wanted.
Remedy was not likable at first for me. She was too messy and acted recklessly. She grew on me though. I liked Cash instantly, he's smart like Dexter. Not a lovesick puppy like Joe.
This book is filled with a ton of dark and dirty kinks. If you have any triggers, do not even try reading this. There are too many for me to list.
This book reminded me of Dana Isaly's Into the Dark minus the Shakespearean ending.

This was my first-time reading Gemma Snow, so I went in blind to her writing style and with no expectations. I am glad to say she did not disappoint.
This is a quick erotic story that is fast paced and steamy. There was a lot going on. Six friends diving over the deep end into a euphoric state. As a RH fan, I am very familiar with group scenes, but this is by far the largest I've read. I commend the author for constantly letting the reader know who was where and what was going on. At no point did I feel lost. I appreciated the stress on consent. Not just physically but emotionally for the couples who were either married or in "monogamous" relationships.
The group presented was diverse in addition to beautiful. I appreciated the detail on age, body type, coloring, just everything.
I would have liked to have seen more kink introduced into this. Hopefully we will see that in the second book. But other than that, I was very happy and would recommend as an erotic read not necessary romance.

This is the second book in this series. It had stronger romance storyline between Harlowe and Cas. I think Cas is very romantic and it's good to see interact as a couple. However, Harlowe keeps over analyzing and almost denying what they have then giving me whiplash with her irrational back tracking. OMG it was super annoying.
I felt like the description was a bit misleading of Harlowe's actions after the gala.
The spice was phenomenal. Probably the best I've read and this story's saving grace. This story was longer than the first due to the increased storyline and dialogue outside of the sexy times. I think it's a good airport read. Quick and sexy but the ending was frustrating. And I'm not sure that I'm committed enough to continue reading.
I think if we got multiple POVS it would be a game changer. Or if we were able to see each individual couple interacting alone prior to and leading up to the spice.
