Overall a decent, short novel. I was definitely pulled into the story and wanted to keep turning the pages! There were more than one plot twists I never expected.

Cons:
It was bound upside-down and printed to read right-to-left. I'm not sure if this was done purposefully, but it was a peeve while reading.
MANY typos and sentences worded strangely that make comprehension difficult.

What an emotional roller coaster! Nick and Jenna have their own drama and confusion. Then every time I began to get bored with their current state, the book moved on to a new scene. The changes made it easy to keep reading. Then at some point I just HAD to know how their story ended!
This is a great book for an easy read with the romance promised!

Well-written poetry. The story is entertaining and teaches a few life lessons for young people. There's some heartbreak, but I don't feel like it fit the rest of the book in that there didn't seem to be a solution (emotionally).

This novel is the definition of thriller whose pages cannot be turned fast enough. It was impossible not to think about Tina and her story between reading binges. The writing is fantastic (obviously some minor editing corrections still need to be made). I don't think I've seen so many plot twists in one book before, but it worked amazingly well for the story as a whole.
On the sub-surface, Tina's narration opened my eyes to a part of the world - and the conflicts within - that I never would have previously thought of.

Anderson successfully wrote something that made me feel every emotion possible while also teaching me something I never knew. Every age-appropriate reader should pick this one up!
