Another second that’s better than the first! 
This is one of those series that makes people fall in love with, or get back into, reading. Twists, turns, puzzles, and drama at every page turn. But it’s all done so completely subtly and classy that I just ate it up. 

I believe this will be an annual reread, and one that I’ll forever wish I could read again for the first time. 

There’s only one thing in this book that bothers me, and it’s so minuscule: an exceptionally overused word choice.

This is a beautiful story that tackles the insecurities and difficulties of going middle school with differences than the “normal” kids. I love that it’s written in prose poetry!

I wish it had something else; it needs a bit more of that something to push it to a five star for me.
