A charming story about a young boy and his snowman. This is a cute winter story about building a snowman and playing in the snow. The art style was cute and the story was sweet. An overall great read for kids during the winter!
Sadly I just could not get into this one as much as I had wished. I was initially attracted to the premise and I adore the enemies to lovers trope....but for me the only character I actually liked in this book was Holland... poor poor Holland. The story is essentially about Aubrey and Webster, best friends who became enemies after a disastrous homecoming incident and only reconnect when they become lab partners and Aubrey starts dating Webster’s cousin Holland. Things get MESSY. I can honestly say I did not like Aubrey or Webster and found that they continuously kept hurting each other through the book and I just didn’t really like them together. Maybe this romance is for someone else but it just did not work for me.

This was not what I was expecting from a retelling of the Arthurian Legend. The story isn’t bad, I just could not get into it as much as I would have liked. This retelling is done like a mob movie with Arthur going from a street urchin to gang leader. The language is a bit more crude and Lancelot is a martial artist assassin/ treasure hunter. I did enjoy sassy Merlin and Guinevere as a highwaywoman leading a band of lady robbers. The Arthur in this story is the wonder of a brother, leader of thieves and a drug dealer. There is a lot of weird things happening in this and honestly I just can’t cover them all. My other hang up with this book is the treatment of women as either wrenches, whores, or seductresses (seriously, come on). This is definitely a unique reimagining if the Arthur Legend and I would say definitely give it a go. It just wasn’t for me though.
A super cute and funny story! I absolutely adored it. It was hilarious and so sweet. I can't wait to read the next book! The art style is also amazing!
Okay, so this one was a real heart wrencher of a story. It’s about two broken characters dealing with tragedy and grief. The story revolves around Amelia who loses her best friend and then a mysterious book is sent to her. Amelia thinks it must be from her friend so she goes to investigate it and find the sender and this begins the story of how Amelia meets her favorite author. The story handled grief and anxiety very well, but my one issue was how Nolan kept using it as an excuse for his poor treatment of other people. The romance between Nolan and Amelia is sweet and I liked it. Overall this was a sweet story about two people dealing with grief and finding each other.

A very sweet and endearing story about a porcupette trying to find.a family. The story was heartwarming and the artwork for it was just as sweet. I liked reading it and enjoyed the message of the book.
This was a moving and touching story about a family bowl and it's history within the family during the Bombing of Pearl Harbor. The artwork is beautiful and the story is absolutely moving. This is a book that I would recommend for all readers.
This is a book about poems that truly hits home. It is filled with empowerment, understanding, sisterhood, and love, this is a book about girls and women, and the resilience within. I was absolutely touched by these poems and found them to be something that should be read by every young woman. This book is a love letter to the beauty and power within girls and I found it to be absolutely amazing.
A absolutely hilarious book! I was laughing so hard while reading this. This is the perfect mixture of comedy and art, and I absolutely loved it. A seriously funny book!
