A small book with a lot to say. 13 points of view describing the impact a community garden has in a neighborhood where community doesn’t really exist. This novelette takes “don’t judge a book by its cover (or size)” to the next level. An eye opening read for adults and children alike.
Fans of Nimona and Tea Dragon Society should def pick this up !!!!!
Edit: the more I think about this book, despite how much I enjoyed it I really have an issue with the fact that she fell in love with her kidnapper and none of it was addressed

Part of the Random House Graphic debut list for 2020, this reminded me a lot in art style and magical elements of the Hilda series by Luke Pearson! This book is two stories in one and I can’t wait for more.
