This book had me with my highlighter out and phone in hand looking up every artist and reference I didn't know and I feel I've learned so much from reading this. The authors experience in the art history world is eye opening. I highly recommend this to anyone interested in art, art history, and activism.

This is one of the most difficult books, emotionally, I've ever read. It is extremely raw and gives a great look into why some people, who you think are terrible people, act the way they do.

This book captured what it was really like to be this age, it doesn't talk down to kids and I really admire that.
