Much of this is beautiful and parts have changed how I view the world for the better. I was wanting more of a personal account of spirituality, what her own spirituality meant to her and why these teachings were so important to her, and to me this felt much more like a "how to be a Buddhist" book that lacked that personal touch. For someone looking to learn about the basic principals of Buddhism, this is a great start, but if you're looking for an account of someone's own spiritual journey and insights, this is lacking unfortunately.
This is actually my favorite of any little illustrated self help books I've read. There is real heart put into every page.
