GREAT collection of creepy short stories!

Fun, funny, and though provoking set of essays by Shane Burcaw. I've really enjoyed reading his writing since I picked up "Laughing at my Nightmare" and also laugh along with his and Hannah's hijinks on YouTube.

Really disappointed with this book - the title was VERY misleading. Primarily a focus on gender roles and examples of cross-dressing in the Greek and Roman era (with a touch of Egypt thrown in) and how these instances only served to re-enforce the gender roles. Interesting material, but should not have been titled as a transgender book. More accurate would have been to call it a book about gender roles in the ancient world.
