Listened to the audiobook and I - as a German na ive speaker - was very irritated and annoyed by the German accents (Vanessa Sommer/Alex Kingston and Tobias Winter/Sam Peter Jackson).

Actually felt cosy listening to it, really reminded me of Miss Marple. I quickly took to Alfie and found it very entertaining how he got involved in the investigation and village life.
