I found it a bit boring at times but it is still an AMAZING book and a perfect ending.
The mysteries that emerged from the first book were explained, details that I didn't care about made all the difference, and the evolution of some characters was so good that it totally changed my opinion of them. Simply the best worldbuilding I've ever read!!!
