(3.75) Blade Runner is one of my all time favourite movie. Including all the sequels. Now, that I have put that aside. Sheep is my first sci fi classic which is why I kept no expectations at all. That being said, I was pleasantly surprised by how different the book is from the adapted movie (I don't know even know if adapted is the right word). And since the movie had already set the ambience for me, I enjoyed the book. I really liked the concept. The writing style was easy to get into, the characters seemed pretty detached like they should be. It's pretty short book for the big world I had in mind, I wished for more but i guess that's because of the movies.
First Stephen King horror, and it was exhausting. I did put the book done few times cause I was shit scared, wasn't expecting that to happen but it did and I'm glad about that. Honestly, I'm new to this genre so I might take time to not get scared.
**I haven't finished reading it**
I loved how it started, the whole event was fast paced and engrossing. I was done with like 1/3rd of the and then suddenly it just went boring. Nothing happened for round two chapters for me to keep reading it. And then, I realised stretched too much and then there were point where the details were not quite required.I don't know. I'm still curious about what happens next but I can't read it for my commute. I'll give it a try later.
