This was fun to read as someone who adores the novel, but I wonder if there isn’t too much missing context for it to be enjoyable as an introduction to the series. Also am I confused or did they make Raoul a redhead?! Whyyyy.

Read this years ago before I tracked my reading. Reread because I wanted to give it to my parents as another nudge to start using my pronouns. Buuuuut it’s mostly about using the right pronouns at your job? And there’s a page where the nonbinary writer is like oh my parents don’t use my pronouns but that’s okay. Soooo. Maybe I won’t be using this. SIGH!
