It wasn’t at all what I was expecting but when you’re about 40% in it starts to get so intense. I was so blown away by it all in the end 🤯 I‘m not 100% sure about my rating I might have to sit on it for a while.

B E AUTIFUL ♥️♥️♥️ this is what I always wanted from a magical realism story and I say that admitting I hated The Strange and Beautiful Sorrows of Ava Lavender. This was exactly how I had hoped the latter would be like. It was slow but so magical and whimsical and hopeful. Not like a certain other book that was just straight up super depressing. Loved it!

I loved this so much 😍 I bought the second book when I wasn’t even halfway through this one which says a lot and it was sooo much fun ☺️

Own Voices: autism

It was a really detailed insight into an autistic mind. A lot of things I can relate to.

It was interesting and I loved the illustrations but so far I don’t really know how to rate it because I don’t what’s going to happen and I felt like it stopped in the middle of the book. Most of the time I was just like WHAT THE FUCK AM I LOOKING AT 🤣🤣 but it’s funny and I love weird
