This book was so emotional right from the start and these two both went through so much. Adam and Piper have loved each other for so long but Piper kept a distance because of what happened in her past and the secrets she was keeping. No matter what Adam was always there for her and Ryan. He was so sweet and patient with her, I absolutely loved it! Adam was there for both of them since day one and always treated Ryan like he was his son, their relationship was so sweet.

Piper's story broke my heart, she went through so much and seeing her grow past it and find herself again was beautiful. Adam was so lost and a mess when we first saw him in the beginning of this book, but he did what he needed to and became the man who these two deserved! Piper and Adams friendship and connection was so strong and healthy, I couldn't get enough of these two!

I am loving this series so much! I've been waiting for this book since the end of All on the Line for Deliah and Cruz's story and it DID NOT disappoint!
