This is one of the best fantasies I’ve read in a long time. Strong character development, intricate world-building and magic, slow burn romance, and beautifully descriptive writing. Great for fans of Sarah J. Maas, Elise Kova, and Jennifer L. Armetrout. You don’t want to miss this!

Slow and confusing plot. Not as much romance as I would expect from SJM. That ending though…I’m VERY excited for the next book.
