It was the first book I read by this writer and I'm happy I read it.
The mystery was good and it kept me guessing till the end.
I look forward to reading other books in this series.

I'm a fan of Regency Books and was really happy when this one was approved. I wasn't disappointed, all my expectations were met.
Even if it's part of series I had no problems in understanding the plot and the characters.
I can say I found this book engaging and entertaining.
I loved the plot, the characters and the well-researched historical setting.

It's the third book I read in this series and think that each instalment is better than the previous.
I love Kappy and Edie, their relationship and I like the description of both Amish and Englischer communities.
The mystery was very good, I loved how was investigated and it kept me guessing.
This is a very good series and I look forward to reading the next instalment.

It may sound strange but it was the first time I read this book even if I'm a fantasy lover.
It was really good, the type of fantasy book that makes you travel to a different world and forget the reality.

It's the first Leslie Meier's book I read and i can say it was a great discovery.
I loved this two mysteries! They're well written, entertaining and engaging.
Even if it's a cozy mystery the setting is not the usual postcard perfect little town: there're issues, poors and it's great to read a more realistic depiction.
The cast of characters was interesting: some were lovely but other were less than perfect, with a lot of quirks.
The plot were goods and kept me guessing till the end. I couldn't put this book down and I read it in one setting.
I look forward to reading other books by this writer.

it's the first book I read in this series and I found it both amusing and somewhat weird.
It's not a classical cozy and it's not a paranormal.
It's a very enjoyable pastiche and it was a lot of fun to read it.
Even if I miss some background story I enjoyed the book.
The cast of characters is lovely, I loved Candem, and the plot was sound.
The mystery kept me guessing till the end.
A good discovery, I will surely look for the other instalment in this series.
