I like the books by this author and I liked this one.
The heroine is very nice and the cast of character is likeable, even some are definitely over the top.
The plot is sound and kept me guessing till the end.

A well crafted, atmospheric and enthralling book. I loved the mix of folklore, Jewish culture and historical events.
Everything in this book is special, starting with the wonderful cover.
It's difficult to described as there're so many nuances and so many things involved that keep you reading, when you think you're understanding there's a turn and you keep on turning pages because you want more.
I was sad when it was over because it was a wonderful trip in a very fascinating world.

I started to read this book feeling sad and ended it feeling good. It's heartwarming, moving and on gives back hope if you're feeling down.
It's my first book by this author and it won't be the last as liked the style of writing and how how she developed the plot and the characters.

I really liked this book, it's a dark cozy with an interesting and unusual plot.
I was fascinated by the description of the life on a cruise and the different stories of the characters and their relationship.
It's quite fast paced, full of twists and turns, and it kept me guessing till the end.
The main character is likeable and I had no problems in understanding the story even if its' a second in a series.
The plot kept me guessing till the end.
I look forward to reading the next instalment in this series.

I liked this book even if it's not the best one in this series.
The plot is sound, it keep you guessing till the end and it's full of twists and turns.
Even if there's the usual humour there's a melancholic undercurrent and the general mood seems to be affected by the death of the heroine's mother.
I'd like some more development in the character histories and relationship.
It was entertaining and fun to read and I look forward to reading the next instalment in this series.

I'm a big fan of Agatha Raisin and I liked this book even if it's not the best one in this series.
As usual once I started I couldn't put it down and I laughed a lot as well as trying to guess what the next love interest or the next murder victim would be.
Agatha is less bubbly and more introspective in this book and a lot is going with an open ending with wall will be her life in the next book.
The mystery part was fun to read and engaging, the cast of characters is as lovely as usual.
I recommend it but not if you never read any other book in this series. The TV show does not count.

I didn't see the movie and was happy to read this novelization.
I read some Star Wars book but never the novelization of a movie.
This book is good, a fast and enjoyable read that makes you wish to see the movie as soon as possible.
I am not such a Star War fan to know all about the canon but it fits and it does a good job in developing the characters and expanding the world building and what will be part of the canon.
It's well written and it can be enjoyed by the Star Wars fan and people who like light science fiction books.

A very good cozy, I liked the unusual plot and the heroine.
This is a well written book, with an interesting and unusual cast of characters.
The book is well written, there's a sound plot and it keep you guessing till the end.
Some of the characters will grate your nerves at the beginning but if you resist and keep on reading they will grow on you and became likeable, you'll also start to root for them.
