There's no thing like a bad Tim Power's book.
And this one is excellent.
I was not able to put it down and found it both enthralling and amusing.
Highly recommended.

I fell in love with the cover and then I fell in love with the book.
It's heartwarming, fun to reading and moving at the same time!
I loved the characters, both human and animals, as well as the story that hooked since the first pages.
This is a real pager turner, one step above the standard chick-lit/romance and the background is very well researched.
I hope there will be more.
Highly recommended!

A very good start for a new cozy series.
The book is fun to read, well written, and with a cast of lovely characters.
I loved the humour and descriptions of Paris.
The plot was sound and kept me guessing till the end.
I look forward to reading further instalments in this series.

I loved the sampler and I loved the entire book. I'm a fan of Doctor Who and Outlander and I'm fascinated by books that involves time travel.
I hope this one is the first one in a series because there's a lot of world building and it would nice to read more about the characters and what will happen after the last page.
I loved the entire female cast of characters, with their emotional baggage and their desire to understand, evolve and change.
It's well written, the characters are well developed and the villain is a serious one.
The mystery was very good, there's just one thing that let me wonder, but there were no plot hole.
Even though it's a bit confusing and slot at time I was hooked and couldn't put it down.
Highly recommended.
