I love Lea Wait books and was happy to be approved for this one written as Cornelia Kidd.
There are different themes: the island and its inhabitants, what the life of fisherman is, and the building of a relationship with another person.
I loved how this elements were mixed and I really liked the two main female characters and the building of their relationship.
I was hooked since the first pages and read the book in a couple of settings as the plot was so good.
I look forward to read the next instalment to see how the different stories are developing.

I didn't read the first book in this series so I had some problems in understanding what was happening and who is who but I kept on reading because I was enthralled by the plot, the characters and the continuous twists in the story.
This book is magic, fascinating and written in a brilliant way. I liked the humour and the character development.
I willget the first instalment and look forward to reading the next one.
One of those book that make you feel sad when you read the last page because you want more.
