I hope to be able to read other instalments in this series.

Even if I hated the main character I was not able to put down this book. it's well written, dark and compelling and once you are hooked you cannot put it down.
Darker than what I usually read it was a great discovery.

A very funny book. I don''t understand if it's a cozy mystery or the satire of a cozy but I really enjoyed.
It was really entertaining, with an interesting plot, full of funny characters.

I really enjoyed this book. It's full of humour, bizzarre characters and pop references to old tv series and mysteries.
It's very well written with an interesting plot that keep you guessing till the end. The heroine is complex, with a huge emotional baggage and the book is also about her path to healing. The other characters are funny without being grotesque.
Cannot wait to read the next instalment.

A poetic, dreamy and funny retelling of the story of Penelope. It's entertaining and very insighful at the same time.
I liked the retelling of this part of Odissey as Penelope is always considered the very faithful spouse but hardly a person with other characteristics.
This books also reminded me of another one I really like, Christa Wolf's Medea.
Strongly recommended and really great.

I neither loved or disliked this book. It was good at part but sometimes fell flat. It could have been a very good book but it was missing something.
Many thanks to Netgalley and the publisher

I cannot say if liked this book or not.
It was really exciting at the beginning, fast paced and funny. Then it seemed to be slower, a bit obsessive at part. In the end it failed to keep me interested.
It's well written, the characters are quite likeable but it's not my cup of tea.
