A good book that stood the passing of time. Even if it was written in 1939 it is still very enjoyable. It has an unusual plot and it is quite different from the whodunnit of the Golden Age of Mystery. There are very interesting characters and it keeps guessing til the end.
Many thanks to Netgalley and Poison Press.

An interesting book on the art of decorating with a lot of food for thought on taste and what is good taste. The passing of time did not change most of the content of the book.
Many thanks to Netgalley and Dover Publications

A very good debut for a new series. It was well written with no plot hole, all the characters are realistic and there is an interesting family dynamic, a bit dysfunctional to be honest, that differs from so many perfect families in other cozies.
It was a good read and hope that a new instalment in this series.
Really recommended.
Many thanks to Netgalley and Kensington Books

A good and charming book that starts slowly and grows on the reader. Once you get involved you have to go on reading til the end.
More magic realism than fantasy, its characters are described in depth and really interesting.
Recommended!
Four stars because of the really slow beginning, it is good to build the tension but it was a bit too much
Many thanks to Thomas Nelson and Netgalley

An interesting and unsettling book about digital labor and the impact on today work. It was really interesting and helped me to understand a lot about the digital work and the digital labor and it was really interesting to read the proposed solutions
Many thanks to Netgalley and Polity

Very good recipes for salads. All type of salads and in case you get bored of the classic salad there are some new that can give the possibility for savouring new taste.
Really good.

I really wanted to liked this cozy mystery and the blurb contained all the elements that I like in cozy.
Unfortunately I was not able to feel engaged by the plot and was a bit annoyed by how the victim was described.
She seemed to be the embodiment of the wicked career witch, seduction included.
On the other side I did not like the heroine or her paramour as well. Everything was a bit forced and the romance seemed to be very cold.
I wanted to end it to see who the culprit was but it was really tiresome.
The rating should be 2.5 stars.
Many thanks to Midnight Ink and Netgalley

I was expecting a book not and series of conference papers. Some chapters are interesting some are not. Not easy to read and sometimes it suffers from the content source.
I was really curious and had some expectations. Not all of my expectations were met.
Many thanks to Inner Traditions and Netgalley
