It's well researched and informative book and it can be appreciated by children and adults as it help to under who Darwin and Hooker were and their researches.

This is the first Sherlock Holmes I read by Linda Stratamann and I think she did a good job in delivering an entertaining novel even if Holmes it's not very canon-like.
The characters are fleshed and the plot flows, solid mystery that kept me guessing.

I love Barbara Nadel's mysteries and I love this series. This was a good addition even if it's a favorite as i struggled a bit to be involved.
There's a lot going on, a lot more than the blur say and Ms Nadel develops another interesting and entertaining mystery.
I'm happy to catch up with the characters and the solid mystery kept me hooked.
