It was a fun and informative read. It's entertaining and well researched and it's never dry or boring.

It's the first book i read by this author and won't surely be the last as I laughed a lot.
It's very funny but also realistic. I think it reflects plenty of different people one met during the pandemics.
Funny but also thought provoking.

I don't know if this is a horror, a thriller and to to be honest I don't care. I know it's disturbing, dark, twisty, full of unexpected surprised and last part that left me breathless.
That said i thoroughly enjoy it even I don't recommend to read it at nighttime.
I read other novel by Sarah Gailey and I love the excellent storytelling and the well plotted story.
Characters, world building, and plot are well done.
Highly recommended.

There's a lot of potential in this book: an interesting setting and MC, a vivid and well researched historical background.
I enjoyed it even it I was a bit confused at time, I felt I was missing backstories and like I was reading the second book in a series.
That said the MC is likeable and the cast of characters is well developed.

I was enjoying this book thinking it was even better than the first then Marvey's parents appears and I was wondering the they were even worse than the average Latin parent.
This was a part that made see Marvey as a grown teenager more than an adult woman.
There were also other details that left me wondering like going to visit people before 8 am on Sunday and assuming that they were to a service if not at home.
The mystery was entertaining but it felt a bit forced at times even if it kept me reading and guessing.
I will read the next book.

it's a dark and twisty story, one that surprised me with each turns. Well plotted and gripping, it's a good addition to this series.
It's bit slow at the beginning.
