What a wonderful book if you like Greek mythology. I loved the mix of fantasy and mythological characters.
Odisseus was well written and interesting as well as the other characters.
The plot was engagin and entertaining, keeping you hooked till the last page.
A must read for both mythology and fantasy lovers.

This was my first book in this series and surely it won't be the last as I loved it.
It's an entertaining and enjoyable read, a page turner that kept me hooked till the last page.
I loved the complex plot, full of twists and turns, and the lovely cast of characters.
The mystery was interesting, with a lot of subplots, and it kept me guessing till the end.
A wonderful discovery, I cannot wait to read the next instalment in this series.

I'm fascinated by historical fiction featuring strong women and I like stories set in Middle Ages.
This book was perfect for me and I loved everything.
I loved the characters, Margareth above all, the description of everyday life and the wonderful plot.
I'm so happy this is part of a trilogy because there will be more to read.

I love Milly Johnson books and I loved this one, a heartwarming and feel good Christmas tale.
The book is well written and the characters are interesting as usual.
The plot hooked me since the beginning and I was sad when the book was ended.

I requested this book because I was attracted by the beautiful cover and the author.
It is amazing, I read one story at a time and I liked them all.
The book is beautifully written and it's a great Christmas book, not the usual fluffy and feel-good one.
Some stories are creepier and some are sweet, all of them show a different aspect of Christmas.
The recipes are great and I'm curious to try them as they give ideas for cooking Christmas food for pleasure more than for show.
A wonderful book, a real treat that gives you back the pleasure of reading a well written and great book.

I love British Library Crime Classics and this was one was really good.
It was a good mystery and an interesting look at how the British Parliament was working between the two wars.
I was hooked since the first pages and couldn't put it down.
The mystery was sound, no plot hole, the cast of characters is likeable and the settings interesting. The description of the British parliament life are based on the writer experience and are lively.
A good mystery and an interesting look at the parliamentary life.
