An excellent mix of historical fiction and fantasy, a poignant and gripping. It's full of food for thought and it's a good depiction of life and issues at the beginning of XX century.
I found it an excellent read and it's highly recommended.

I found it exciting, gripping, and riveting. i loved it since the first pages even if it's quite slow at the beginning.

An unusual thriller that kept mo on the edge till the end and made me root for some of the characters.
A list of possible murder victim that maybe or not have something in common. Wil they survive or will the killer succeed in achieving the goal ?
It'a gripping story, a page turner you cannot stop reading as you want to know what will be the next turn.
There're multiple POVs, one for any victim plus the detective. It's a great puzzle and a gripping read.
Loved every moment.

It's been nearly a decade since I read Rivers of London for the first and fell hard for this series, buying and reading every installment.
It was an exciting ride and it was great going back to where it started and discover that you didn't remember a lot of details but it didn't matter because you fell in love again with the series.
I think this book it's a great love letter to London and it's history. I read it slowly, appreciating the details and the humour.
I can't wait to read the next book, I want to recommend this one to anyone who didn't read it yet.
Highly recommended.

I never thought there was so much to learn about Medieval gardens and how fascinating it could be.

An entertaining and gripping paranormal romance that kept me reading as there's a very interesting plot and a couple of fascinating characters (I rooted for them)
It's the first I read in this series and won't surely be the last.

An excellent start for a new cozy series: Darcy is fleshed out, clever, and interesting character. I liked her, she doesn't hide her story or her frailty but she's very strong at the same time.
This is a book that will surely be appreciated by music lover and I loved the choice of MC (a former alcoholic
and musician) and the role music plays in the story.
The mystery is solid, full of twists and turns, and the solution came as a surprise.
I can't wait to read another story in this series.
Highly recommended.
