I liked the first installment in this series but I'm not a big fun of this story.
The mystery is solid and I liked to be catch up with the characters.
I missed the humour and Lana seemed a bit too judgemental and immature.
This series has a lot of potential and hope the next novel will be up to the first.

An interesting book about the evolution of Banksy and how their art evolved.
There's a lot of theories, reflections on art&politics, and food for thought.
I appreciated it.

Heartwarming, life affirming story that made wish I could get old as the characters.
I'm loving these stories featuring seniors who don't want to stop living and decide to travel and have fun.
The characters are likeable and relatable, the plot flows and I thoroughly enjoyed this novel.
Highly recommended.

Even if I loved Blanche I found this book very slow and the story didn't keep my attention.
Not my cup of tea.

A historical romance according to my heart: riveting, well written and featuring two very interesting characters.
It's the first book I read by this author and won't surely be the last.
A well plotted story, an interesting romance, vivid historical background.
The author is a talented storyteller and the story kept me hooked till the last page.
Highly recommended.

I love cozy mystery and this is a good example of a cozy mystery I love: well written, full of humour and fun, and with a puzzle to be solved.
I think this another of those series that improves with each new instalment: I thoroughly enjoyed it and it was one of those books that you cannot put down as you are having fun.
Belinda and Harry are an “Odd Couple”, even if there’s a lot of difference there’s also a chemistry, an excellent collaboration and they care for each other. Their possible romance always makes me smile as they seem to be black belt in avoiding to accept that maybe there’s something more.
They are also clever and able to put together the pieces of the puzzle and bring culprits to justice.
There’s an interesting puzzle at the core of the solid mystery: how they did it and how it was possible to do it in front of other people. There’s no scarcity of suspects and there’s plenty of twists. I found the solution satisfying and the plot kept me guessing.
It was a fun and relaxing read that I strongly recommend.

I'm always a bit wary when people talks about Qabalah and how to introduce into a Wiccan practice.
Hermetic Qabalah is a complex and ancient magical system and it's not easily approached as it's a mix of different cultural elements.
I think that the author did a good job in explaining and proposing how to include it into the practice.
An informative and intersting book.

I love this series and was happy to catch up with Amy and the interesting character of this series.
I found it enjoyable but I found the solution a bit rushed and disappointing.
There's a lot of backstories and I think it's not the right book if you never read the other in this series.
I loved to learn about Aunt Lydia and Zoe teenage year and what it was at the beginning of the 70s
The mystery is a bit slow but I wanted to know who did it and why. The last part was a bit disappointing even if I loved the last chapter.
I assume this is a sort of filler story, it shows us Amy and Richard marital bliss and what it is going on in the other couples
Not my favorite even if I enjoyed it.

I’m always happy when I can travel to Magpie Cove, meet the lovely community and enjoy these lovely novels.
This is another excellent addition; it was the perfect read for a winter afternoon when you’re not feeling well, and you want to escape and live in another reality.
Even if it’s a poignant, emotional, and heart-warming novel there’s also a darker side, there’s secrets, threats, and suspense.
I appreciated how well the author mixed the different elements always keeping the reader on the edge and guessing. I didn’t guess who and why and found the revelation satisfying and well done.
I loved Connie, a well-developed and relatable character, and wanted her to be happy and safe. I rooted for her and Alex and like the slow burning romance.
I was happy to catch up with people from the previous books and loved the descriptions of Magpie Cove.
This is the third book in a series and it can be read as a stand-alone.
I hope to be able to travel back to Magpie Cove soon.
Highly recommended.

Useful, informative and well written. I liked how it is organised and how it was easy to follow the exercises and rituals.
Highly recommended.
