Completely adored these wonderfully weird short stories and this will be on my best of the year list. I’ve already listened/read some twice. They are all somewhat connected and are both modern and yet fairytales. Very reminiscent of Good Omens to me. 

Really liked the first couple stories but then things were getting repetitive and the characters arcs were too long and drawn out. 

I loved the way space was made everyday. I loved the small plot movements. I loved the language. This would be a great bedtime book and for me was almost a little book of meditations on what it means to be an inhabitant of earth. A great slow read, probably not a great speed read.
