“If you're gonna be transgender and all, you're going to have to be a lot more careful. You won't be able to throw up on every bully you meet.”

This book broke my heart, yet made it full at the same time. I wanted to punch George/Melissa's mother (most of the time) and Jeff in the face. I wanted to hug Kelly. Scott was pretty hilarious. The ending made me cry. That is all.

There was a lot wrong with this book, but there was a lot right as well. It was a guilty pleasure story and I'm not mad at all that I read it.

I needed something cute for Valentine's Day and I picked this up as I'm a huge fan of Kasie West. She always seems to fill that sappy hole in my heart. This one was no exception. Although predictable, the story was adorable and I ended up falling in love with Cade and Lily. I cannot get over how cute and fulfilling this story was!

I loved this book! The story of Logan and Maddie's friendship was emotional and gripping. The twist at the end really got me and I love when things come together.

Some things didn't make the most sense and I really hated the characters at times as I found them incredibly annoying, however I was able to look past it for the sake of the story.

“I’m tired of living without really living.”

I’m reallllly big into endings. Even though I try not to, I will judge a book by its ending. The ending of this book was brutal and angered me to no end! Miraculously, for the first time ever, I was able to look past it and focus on the way the book as a whole made me feel. That’s how impactful I felt this book was.

Let me start by saying that I very clearly see all of the flaws in this book as well as the poor writing (to a point). I’m also not ashamed to say that I honestly don’t care. I fell for it. I fell for it hard. This story is seriously heartbreaking and I cried big, fat tears. I got wrapped up in the story of Will and Stella and their struggles with CF. I wanted it to work out for them so badly that I had to sit and read every single page in one sitting. Give this book a go-I don’t think you’ll regret it! I hope one day we can find a cure for CF. 😭💔
