I couldn't stop reading this book, except for a few times where I had to remind myself it was 2018 and not 1944. I know what went on during WWII and I don't think anyone could forget, but seeing it through the eyes of Pino Lella and being temporarily placed in his shoes, I felt heartbroken, scared, anxious and learned about WWII from a different view.

I couldn't believe I got this for view, I feel like I should go buy it now to give the author some credit for his wonderful work on telling the story of Pino. I know a movie is in the works and I'm so excited for it.

I highly recommend this book to any history fan.

When I first started this book, the only thing I knew about Whitney Cummings was that she was a comedian. I chose this book because I expected to laugh a lot. I didn't get that, I got so much more. Yeah, she goes through a lot of her problems with love, relationships, self-love, etc. I actually related to almost everything she said; many of the problems she has, I have. Listening to Whitney read her own book, felt like an extra long girls night with an older sister. I actually wish I knew her in person. I also didn't realize how much I needed this book for dating advice, because like Whitney I also have Love Addiction.

Thank you Whitney for being so open and honest about everything in your life.
