Fascinating content but the writing style took a while to get in to, a little on the dry side.
Self indulgent waffle with snippets of travelogue
I listened yo this as an audiobook and the best thing about this book was the narrator, she had a lovely gentle Welsh accent that was very soothing. The book however was not for me. I enjoyed the passages about the travelling but all the self reflection and attempts at philosophy I found tedious (that being said there's a real person behind them and someone else may find something useful in then). Overall if you're after a camper travelogue this probably isn't for you.
