I honestly don’t have many thoughts on this. It’s a quick cozy mystery if that’s what you are into. I think the recipes included was a fun addition, but this isn’t really one of the most compelling mysteries I’ve read this year. 

Honestly, I’m skeptical at best and don’t believe them at worst. It’s all anecdotal, which wouldn’t necessarily be bad thing but they bring no other research or other patients in to continue exploring this avenue. I also was not very fond of the writing style.

I think that this was a good end to the series. I think all the important plots were completed in a satisfying way for the reader while still keeping with the important themes that are discussed in the book about society and the government. 

This was a sad read. It talks about the thought process of self harm and someone who experiences it. It also does go into detail about being admitted to a psych ward for mental health reason. It is also in prose that I found added to the story, 

Honestly super weird to read about a gender swapped Twilight. I did really like it and found it really fun. I loved the ending and thought it was a cool way to switch it up from the original twilight series.

I mean it’s a kids book about the American Revolution. It was fine but I’m obviously not the target demographic. All the boys in middle school were obsessed with the I survived books and I wanted to try them out to see what was up. It did not live up to the hype.

A fun retelling. I just started reading poetry that is a complete story rather than individual poems and it’s very fun. I love the genre and I am really liking the different prose and writing styles that the poetry allows for storytelling. It was a very compelling story also.

I liked this. It was cool to read about different culture and the aspect of dance involved. It went through the process of grief and adjusting goals and expectations once she lost the ability to dance. I think overall it was a good read and interesting.

This might be crazy of me, but this is actually very good. The world building at the beginning was very well done and the motives and characterization of the main two people was very well done. The plot was intriguing and kept me invested throughout the book. There is also a lot of alien sex if that’s your thing.

I keep saying this, but the book was  good, it’s just not for me. I wasn’t very interested and it’s honestly just the genre. I don’t like fantasy books. I thought it was a very well written book and had lots of insightful things to say, I was just kind of bored.
