I am literally obsessed with this book. I think it is probably my all time favorite book. This is my fourth time rereading it and it hits the same every time. I cry every time I read it. I think about it at least weekly. I love all the characters and watching them grow as time goes on, especially Aurora. I relate to her a lot and I love her character grow into the person she becomes. I love her relationship with Amos and how caring it is and how attentive Rhodes. There is not enough space for me to list every little thing I love about this book.

I also think that the author does an amazing job of discussing grief and making the process look very realistic. Aurora grows and recovers on her own without being dependent on a man, but Rhodes is still there to love & support her and honestly it’s all I want in life.
