Did I just cry?
I definitely didn't dive into this expecting to be an emotional wreck half way through - but damn, Charlie is so relatable and her relationship with Emerson was just ... Wow, just, the entire book was perfect. The perfect amount of spice, the perfect amount of love and emotion. Everything in this is perfect.

Second half is better than the first.
I adore Sara, and I love most of everything she's written - even when I don't exactly like the subject (parts of the relationship featured in the first half), she writes so well I can look past things and still enjoy what I'm reading.
This is essentially the fall and rise of Nash Wilde - and even though I didn't like him much in the first half, and found him too toxic for my tastes, I appreciate that he grew and learned to be better.
