The book depicted some good points and made anxiety easier to understand for people who don't have it. However, the plot was sorta dumb and the ending was not meaningful. I think I just like John Green books because the way he writes things is so beautiful. There are some lovely thoughts and quirky ideas that make you fall in love with the characters and the way of writing. The teenage romance is always endearing and true as well. Not his best book, not his worst. A quick read.

This probably my favorite book series now. I love everything about this series. It takes you on a thrilling adventure of an average girl Mara Dyer but theres a twist she might have super powers or maybe she's crazy-it could really go either way. This book fits in a lot of genres including, romance, sci-fi, and thriller.
The one thing that sorta annoyed me about the character Mara Dyer is that she doesn't take note of details a lot of times which would be really helpful in solving the problems in her life. Such as the time that she didnt tell Noah all of what Phoebe said or ignored small things that people did or said. I understand that was important that Mara didn't realize this otherwise she would have solved her problems faster and the book would of ended but it bothered me a little.
A great thing about this book is Noah Shaw because boy is hot and perfect and set unrealistically high standards for men. If none of the other reasons above i stated intrigue and make you want to read the book than maybe he will. He is a sexily dishelved british teenager with messy hair and punk rock clothing. He is kind and loves animals, plays guitar, avidly reads, is insanely smart, and at the same time is also quite arrogant and aloof. Did I mention he has supernatural powers to heal which makes him reckless and a bit insane?
Well anyways this is a great book series filled with amazing plot twists and horrifying incidents that will leave you always yearning for the next page.

"Sometimes, you read a book and it fills you with this weird evangelical zeal, and you become convinced that the shattered world will never be put back together unless and until all living humans read the book. And then there are books like [The Fault in Our Stars], which you can't tell people about, books so special and rare and yours that advertising your affection feels like betrayal"
~John Green

Just read the book. Okay?

This book was soo cuteee! When it switched to fantasy halfway through I wasn’t so sure about it but it redeemed itself with the adorable and super creative relationship ish. An adorable romance and great inspirational story to be brave and make your life happen.

(This book actually called to me because I picked it up out of the blue cause the cover was nice and I follow the author on YouTube but then I read the plot and it was MEANT FOR ME. I am also a college student having an okay time and going on a London study abroad (in 8 days actually) and hope to make new friends and ?maybe loveeee?)
