I didn’t think the premise was for me, but I devoured this book! When everyone in the world receives a string that measures the length of their lives, the world becomes chaotic. There are beautiful relationships woven throughout and the author did a fantastic job navigating the ways this could impact humans! I really loved it!

Really fun, addictive read!

A really delightful story. I loved every one of the main characters and their voices. It was witty, laugh out loud funny and just woven together perfectly. Definitely in the top contenders for favorite books of the year!

4.5! This is about as about as great as suspense can get for me! I loved the relationships, the suspenseful parts were great, it was fast paced and I was constantly wanting to pick it back up!
