Loved this one, definitely my favorite on the series so far. The world building and mystery was strong and gripping!

Such a comfort series, love the world! I felt the twist ending coming for awhile so it felt kinda slow, but it was still a great read. 

A cozy, solid romantasy - the world is interesting enough that I'll probably read the rest of the series as well. Love a guaranteed HEA ❤️

I'd been looking forward to this one for awhile and it didn't disappoint. I loved the slow dread that built under your skin throughout, and I love that Cora embraces herself and pushes backa t a world who that is trying to bury her.

Loved it - a great shorter horror with enough twists to keep you hooked. Reminded me a little of chilling adventures of Sabrina.

I loved this book. It might be the time of my life that im in, but this reflected all my worst fears of early parenthood back in such a stark way. The characters are so well fleshed out, and their frustrations and fears and hunger for the security that power can give you will be familiar to any woman. I only took .25 off because I wish we got one more chapter to satisfy my curiosity - ending felt a little jarring which is honestly probably the point. So so so good.

I still love Paedyn and Kai, but I did feel like this books plot is kind of all over the place - I struggled with Kitts arc, as we are reminded repeatedly that he's actually not a villain, even though his actions are super villainous.. felt a little frustrating as he started on his path even before the second Plague dose, which is used as a bit of an excuse for his plans? 

Regardless, love Kai, love this worlds concept.

Loved the story, felt really mythological and loved the path that Mische and Asar follow. I felt like there was a ton of action which hmade the story move quickly, but I did miss the slower moments from the previous book. 

YESSS dark vicious delusional girls! So so good - though Nan tells us she's the killer, there's still so much to unravel and it was so riveting. I love stories of murderous girls and this one killed it.

Really magical. Love the island and it's magic. The mystery was kind of predictable but I didn't mind because I just enjoyed the characters and the setting so much. Love when magic itself is a character.
