(Thanks to @randomhouse for this one on @netgalley!) ⁣

This is SUCH a fun read for fans of the Bachelor franchise!

Not quiiiiite as good as Red, White, and Royal Blue, but definitely some similar vibes if you’re looking for a next read!⁣

(Thanks to @netgalley for this one!)⁣

Luc needs a fake boyfriend to help boost his image for the sake of his nonprofit work, and finds one in Oliver, but— surprise surprise— things don’t stay fake for long. (SHOCKING, RIGHT?!?)⁣

This one was fun and fluffy and an easy weekend read!⁣

⭐️⭐️⭐️— liked it.

Sandhya Menon writes such fun books (her Dimple and Rishi series was delightful!) and this was a new twist for her— a bit of fantasy/fairy tale mixed with a cute teenage story. ⁣

I loved the Beauty and the Beast vibes/allusions in this one (my fave Disney princess story!). Her other books were better, in my opinion, but I enjoyed this quick read and the happy ever after ending. ⁣

So... I didn’t like this book. At all, really. I wanted to, I really did, as I thoroughly enjoyed The Hunger Games books and was intrigued by the concept of learning more about Snow, but it fell SO flat for me. ⁣

It felt several hundred pages too long, far too slow, disconnected and half-baked, and overall just uninteresting to me. ⁣

When the book is all about hand lettering, you have to hand letter your thoughts about it. I don’t make the rules! ⁣

This was a cute one and I’m so glad @annebogel had it on her summer reading guide! I’ve (mostly) loved the books I’ve read from the guide this year, and this one made my typography-loving heart so happy. ⁣

These words from Wendi are the very ones I most needed to hear. As a recovering perfectionist myself, I am so grateful for her gentle and open-hearted invitation into holiness over perfection, into belovedness over brokenness. Her willingness to go first and share her story (of faith, of motherhood, of mental battles, of marriage, and more) gave me the freedom to explore more of my own evolving story, and I am confident that readers will experience the same gift in her words. Hearing Wendi's reminder that God's banner over me says "Good. Holy. Beloved. Called." helped me remember what is true, and I will cling to that.⁣

The perfect sunny Sunday read! (Also PTL for housesitting and an inflatable pool in the backyard!!!)⁣

Guillory is back on her game with this one! I really liked the first two Wedding Date books by her, hated the third, liked the fourth, and really liked this one. (But I don’t know why they’re all in a “series” when they feel like standalone books?)⁣

Cute, cheesy, predictable, fun, light... all the ingredients for a great summer read.
