Ugh so sad to say I disliked this as much as I did. I have had this on my tbr for years and finally got around to it. I was never told the end but going into it I figured it out right away, which ruined it for me. I think I have just read so many endings like this, so despite DJAMH being probably one of the first of its kind as far as twists go, it was still ruined for me. Such a bummer 

I enjoyed a lot of the moments but overall was sort of forgettable. It was fine.

I read the first few books and while I enjoyed it, it just was not enough to continue the series.

I liked this for the most part. There were flaws but the pictures really added to it. I love illustrations in adult books. I wish more adult authors included them!

Super cute and heartwarming. Very simple and a very short read.
