This book is highly offensive. I don't mind gore or some disturbing scenes, but going into detail about a little girl's sexual abuse and her first time having sex should be illegal. It was child pornography and I think anyone who liked the book is sick. It is one thing to imply, it is another thing to have anything detailed involving children. It is wrong. Period.

This is one of those few modern books that truly lives up to the hype surrounding it. It is, frankly, genius. The author has real talent.

I love this story so much. It will always be one of my favorites and the movie stays true to the book and brings it to life. It is funny, creepy, witchy. I will always recommend it.
