Fantastic review of case studies of the role of food companies in the politics of developing nations and the health ramifications thereof. Dense with information, but not a difficult read.

This feels like the academic international cousin for Marion Nestle's Food Politics and I strongly recommend both on the topic.

I took off a star for the couple of pages of capitalist apologia at the end that feels oppositional to the solutions needed for the cases presented.
