Super cute! It is aimed at a younger audience (grade school) than I expected, but still fun and full of strong, kind, unique girls.

I skimmed most of this, tbh. It's stuffy, long-winded essays breaking down the symbolism in contemporary (to Gardner) American literature. I guess if you live in ivory towers, or ivy league towers, this could be useful to learn to write literary criticism. But if, like me, you were looking for more direction in editing or structure, you might look elsewhere.

So a bunch of fashion people responded to what amounts to a blog questionnaire.

I was hoping for lots of photos, but this book is for sure not that. It's a shopping guide for visiting Berlin and beauty advice from the author, not examples of street style.

I loved this book. I loved the characters because they were believable. Personable. Funny. Real. I know people like them and I love those people. I like the nerdy references. And the changes that happen to the characters--they don't become less nerdy and more cool; they just become a better version of themselves.

The art is spectacular, and the storytelling is so good right from the start. It's easy to get immersed in that universe and care about all of the characters. Probably the most beautiful GN I have ever read.

Short and sweet second volume.

Aaahhh so many emotions heeerrrree!!

The audio is good but the male narrator does kinda creepy female voices.
