This book has a good balance of personal recollections and practical knowledge for adults on the look out.

Engaging photos and nice design, but many recipes aren't practical for daily use. This is a special occasion or "inspired by..." cookbook, not a collection of traditional staples.

This book is completely filled with solid, professional advice. I am glad to have the knowledge with me to recognize a problem and take steps to recovery.
