It was really cool to listen to this BUT, I expected more to be said about the actual case, at the end?

Like, the main caracther highlights the GOATS of mystery literature, but doesn't follow it.... honey, at least close one of the parentheses, instead of just leaving everything open for the next books to explore...

obs: if a caracther has "King" in their name,  it instantly turns me off... couldn't you just call him, idk, Oscar or something... KING, oh shut up

a forgettable book

I'm in love with everyone, the banter was never so good in a book (the hot take: between ALL the caracthers!!!), I was surprised in every twist (wich is not common, not bragging myself... it could be the fact that I'm a walking zombie, but I'd like to believe it was how good the story was). But the ending... well, it fell flat for me, like, do they really carry the "same story" to the second book? I wish it could've been more wrapped around 🤷‍♀️

I think I'm broken

everyone likes this book, but at 20% I just keep thinking I found the main caracther annoying and I can't "bond" with anyone... I know it's the beginning, but still, the amount of hatred that have grown on me for such small period is enough to tell me it's healthier to simply stop now.... bye audiobook 👋

this book is sooo stupid 

I'm not meant for dystopian stories, like honey do you think that these weird and unrelatable problems they're facing are slightly convincing or even entertaining... like c'mom, maybe in 2010 things were so good that the book was mind-blowing, cause there's no explanation for the hype it got

but I'm still fighting, and I WILL FINISH THIS SERIES 💪

Actually, I have something to say: this book was more than I expected, I felt asleep on the first hour of the audiobook, cause I was dead tired on my way to college, and coundn't understand I single thing about this damn war(I must say I still don't really know wtf is danver or anver, coundn't this gods be named Sophia or Daniel?). But at the end I realized I had nothing to complain (like COMPLAIN) about it, I just really liked all of it... 

the perfect book doesn't exi- well,  maybe it does exist 

such a simple story, yet full of everything, a twisted and lovely writing and, of all the things, funny... IM IN OH AND IN LOVE 

now, that's something.... I mean, SOMETHING, the book is amazing, it's like nostalgia encapsulated in a story, but how at the same time it portraits such characters completely full of themselves? wow, it's good and bad... oh, god, idk

I'm not even gonna come about the main love interest, cause I'm the minority on this topic so I assume I might be the wrong (unfortunately)
