I'm slowly making my way through Tessa Dare's back catalogue. I didn't care for Caldwell's story at all (definitely a two star from me), but Dare's was cute and fun! There was a bunch of really fun one-liners & having the newlyweds assemble Swedish furniture... *chef's kiss*

I DNF’d the Grace Burrowes novella as I really did not vibe with the writing. But I thought Kelly Bowen and Anna Harrington’s were cute! I’d have really loved Harrington’s a full length story as there was so much to flesh out. But I think I’ll try a full length novel from her!
read for Popsugar 2019 reading challenge: a book published posthumously
Reread via audiobook and it’s so satisfying to have an addendum that the GSK was caught.

read for Popsugar 2018 reading challenge: true crime
I picked this book up in the wake of the arrest of the suspected Golden State Killer. It was eerie but thrilling to read this book knowing that all of McNamara's work had paid off. Towards the end, they note future paths for investigation include familial DNA websites, which is how they found their guy.
McNamara is an excellent writer who tells a harrowing story. It's clear and factual an completely addictive. Her obsession with detail make this quite a wild ride of a book. I'm gonna be haunted by this story for awhile, but at least I get know that he's currently in custody.
