I got this book from my husband as a Christmas present. He doesn’t know much about books and this is not typically the genre or type of book that I read. But I had a great time getting to know the characters and all of the twists and turns in the book. It was very well written, and I think that the story was very interesting and I was definitely captivated through the entire story.
The only thing that I did not enjoy, was having to read through the written Scottish. It was sometimes difficult to discern what was being said and needed a little bit of getting used to, to figure out what was being said.

What a great cap to the series. It’s been a long while since a book made me actually are about characters enough to shed some tears. What a wonderful series this was.
When you make plans to make plans, but when making plans, the plans are changed so you have to make different plans for the plans that you were making.
I’m not saying it was a bad book, by any means. It just felt like it was dragging because there was a lot of planning and then somebody going off and doing something on their own and then plans had to be changed to account for the plans that had not been planned with everybody else.

This was very well written, a refreshingly new story line. One of the better books that I have read in the last few months.
What a dumb book. It had so much promise but then it randomly has a supernatural sub plot? Insta love, with no real reason to be.
The book literally starts with her reading a spicy book on a plane. Hints that they swap fantasies (that we don’t get to hear the list of) and then constantly says that Jack wants to fulfill those fantasy’s and we get what having sex over the back of the couch? Fingered in the library stacks?
This could have been such a better book than what it was.

This was a good palette cleanser book.
I was looking for something to help hit my reading goal during the Christmas time and this fit the theme perfectly.
It’s a cute story with easily lovable characters. A quick read!

This was an interesting story but I think k the writing could have been better. I’m not emotionally invested in any of the characters, plot seemed to happen rather than build. There were so many opportunities to really make this story deeper but it missed the mark. Was it still a good plot line? Yes. Do I regret reading the series? No. Would I read it again? No.
I wish I was more attached to the characters. Elenor is so wishywashy one minute she hates Ruskin the next she loves him. She masters her powers in a span of maybe 2 days. I like the story I just wish it was deeper and had a more realistic timeline. I think the whole book takes place in maybe 2 or 3 weeks.
Well written, loved the multiple POV’s and the flow of the timeline.
Who the killer is, is a twist. I can’t say I hadn’t thought it was the wedding planner, but there were so many people that wanted to kill Will, it made it hard to narrow down exactly who.
