so much is happening — to me sometimes it felt like *too* much, but i am not used to action-packed sorts of books! still, i will absolutely read the sequel when it comes out. + i absolutely loved the fat + queer representation!

i could imagine some people really really loving this book & thinking it is great! & maybe it is! it was just not the book for me.
