This is a trusting fantastical story full of cozy magical love, a bookstore, and fantasy! A murder mystery in a small town that screams fairy magic and the supernatural alike. This is such a perfect spooky season read I definitely recommend it!

Wow! This takes familial drama, tension, and betrayal to an entirely new level. The authors writing was fast paced and intensely twisty. I definitely recommend you give this one a try and be on the ride of your life that never seems to end!

I’m sad to say I hadn’t been introduced into the Shana Merchant series before this! Because the thrilling murder mystery the author serves us was intriguing, fun, and twisty! This takes place in a dead cold winter in the small island Running Pine and Shana is ready to discover just what happened to a disappeared social media influencer. I definitely recommend!

This was a fun, dramatic, heartfelt story with some Christmas magic dashed in. I loved the realistic storyline that shows exactly how holiday time can feel when you’re busy and not entirely sure if you’re doing ANYTHING right. The authors writing was fast paced and really beautiful. I definitely recommend this one!

I thought this one was interestingly unique! The graphics were fun and detailed as well. Plus I loved the color palette. The story had some really fantastic representation and focus of marginalized groups! The realistic cost of medical supplies being something not always written about. And I really enjoyed our characters relationship throughout and how they helped each other with their problems!

Contemporary loss, life, and gain are what makes this book so intensely unique. The authors writing really does something to the brain and takes us by the hand through the characters stories. First this place sounds beautiful but also serpentine as it twists every person there. Secrets are coming out, betrayals, injustice, hidden pain. I really enjoyed this story! Check out April & Oliver’s story some more and dive into the past.

This was such a cute book! Middle grade mystery can leave a lasting impression. The authors writing was great and allowed me to really sit back and enjoy.
Plus our main character fits the story perfectly and had me happy to finish the book.

This was such a pleasant creepy surprise! I wasn’t too sure what I was getting into and I have to say I’m so happy that I did. There was spooky vibes, one event to shape the family, creepy locations, and family grief. I definitely recommend going into this one blind as well. It was so good!

This was so fun! Batgirl is highly underrated and I think this approach really brought her into such a deeply rich storyline. The authors writing captured classic superhero attitude while remaining unique and modern! Definitely recommend!
