This book is so important and it really exposes exactly how it feels to grow up in an un-loving home full of chaos and destruction. It shines a beautiful yet sad light on how it feels to be a grown up product of that with kids who now rely on you in the ways you always needed as well. Dogs are gorgeous souls and can bring so much joy to a family and life. It’s hard to manage through their end and even harder when you don’t know how to grieve in the first place. Plus dogs with behavioral issues can definitely stir the need for perfection and I really loved how the author wrote those thoughts. This was such a good read!

This was the cutest, easiest, and a much needed refreshing read. It’s definitely aimed to the younger side of middle grade and I think for kids that age this will be the perfect grab! Our main character is struggling with some life change and on her way to a cooking camp she accidentally gets on the bus to Vamp Camp. But she works through her differences and they definitely band together to be a unit! It was well written and easy to grasp!

I really enjoyed this book and being new to Tess Sharpe’s writing, I LOVE the way she manages to write such an intense thriller yet it still is entirely focused on the characters. I think pace was still great and it’s definitely a wild ride! I love the little bits of romance and the representation. This was such a fun read and I’ll definitely read more by her!

Are you looking for a wild supernatural ride? Well you should definitely look no further. To Be Claimed saga is three of her books combined (Wounded Kiss, Gentle Scars, and Primal Lust) oh my! This is a bit out of my comforter zone when it comes to book genres but I have to say I surprisingly enjoyed it! I’ve been wanting to give this a try and I’m so excited I was able to! Shifter romance is unique and I really loved the dynamics between the characters and the story. We have werewolves, vampires, witches, and all kinds of supernatural elements to make this fast paced and packed full of story! Which most of it should be

Memoirs can really show the emotions people hide away behind a posed face. This one was so painstakingly beautiful and it made you wonder just how the author could turn such traumatic experiences into what he has now. I absolutely loved it but it was one of the saddest ones I’ve read in a while! The beautiful concept of struggles and trauma being able to bring us further into ourselves and the journey you take to adulthood and it all heavy on your shoulders. Absolutely love!

Wow I didn’t know how I was gonna feel about this one but it really sucked me in! In more ways than one, I might add. This is technically considered grumpy X sunshine and while it’s there, I wouldn’t say it was the grumpiest of grumps by any means. I think that was over pretty quickly here. I loved Natalie and thought she was the perfect “flawed” character who represents the sunshine yet is very much struggling with anxiety and being her authentic self. Their romance was very sweet and this was just the perfect vibes tbh. I was so happy to be reading it and it definitely filled a space! It’s YA romance so keep that in mind but I really think this was well done without giving hallmark. You should definitely try this!

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this was! I don’t think I’ve read too many small-town romances and this really pulled me in to them! The romance aspect was very cute yet practical and I enjoyed that they’re both pretty different yet understand they’re adults and acted accordingly. The town descriptions made me want to visit and I enjoyed all the townsfolk, I kinda wish I had seen them even more! The story kinda lets the reader know that it might all end terribly yet the stakes are just so worth it. I definitely recommend!
