I think this one was very interesting and I loved the flow of the book as she takes us through all of the unique things. At certain points it felt a little, strange, I guess. Not like the usual ones I’ve read. But definitely give this one a try!

This book is not only educational in a practical green witch belief but also in a live off the land and survive on your own way! It shows tons of ways how people use to make the most out of their surroundings and I absolutely love it! It’s so informative and shows there’s a purpose to everything around you. Check this out if you’re also looking to discover quick beginner friendly ideas!

I really enjoyed discovering so much cultural items in this book. It really brought to life all of these foods I’d love to try and experience immediately. I loved it! Everything was so lush and descriptive as well.

Sometimes cookbooks can be WAY too much to handle. Especially when it has you buying 20 items to make a dish at minimum. But this one I absolutely loved because it’s here to elevate already made dishes in the most simplistic yet flavorful way possible. Because you can make your favorite thing and try something new just to have on the side or drizzled on top. I love the concept behind this book! The pictures were gorgeous as well.

This was…a journey. I’m not sure how else to describe these stories. I can see the dark humor (I’m a fan of it) yet it didn’t hit me in the carefree way I think the author intended. While I thought a lot of it was generally funny I don’t think I’d look at them and say I loved it. It was a toss up for me.

This is honestly so important and an educational read. It gives us (me) a very real perspective into tarot and takes the important step towards decolonizing it. Into the spiritual belief and the proper background surrounding it. I absolutely loved it.

This was an absolute gem. I loved her humorous narration as she explains the best ways to NOT get ourselves into a bind, so to speak. There were a lot of helpful tips and tricks I think people could refer to for a very long time!

I think this book can really go either way. That’s what poetry tends to do to its audience. A part of me enjoyed quite a few of these, especially Breaking the Cycle. But some of them fell flat. I wouldn’t say they were bad just not for me!
