Recommend on audio especially for the random songs. 

Amber Ruffin and left Lamar do a great job telling these stories and it’s funny and sad and horrible all at the same time. Fantastic book! I will read anything they put out . This is even better than their first book. 

While this book moved fast and some of the plot was interesting and I enjoyed the ending and some of the twists, there was a lot of things I didn’t like about it. I felt the writing was sub par and there were inconsistencies. I think it suffered from lack of editing . I also didn’t like any of the characters nor did I feel there was enough character depth to even have them be unlikable charsdtees. 

Because it was a quick read and some of the twists were fun I rated it average/just fine. 

I am going to wait for the audio book . I just can’t seem to stick with only the print book 

I will continue in this series because I loved the first two volumes but this one just didn’t captivate me as much. The plot felt slower and actually non existent . This one also felt like it was jumping around too much and there were parts that seemed like it dragged on . The artwork is still great. I would like some more explanation in certain things . Here’s hoping volume 4 is closer to what I loved about volume 1. 

I loved her memoir Talking as Fast as I Can but this one just fell really flat for me and I really didn’t like it. I was very bored and I felt like there was a lot of rambling and saying the same thing over and over in different ways in the same essay.. 

Freida McFadden writes great psychological thrillers with many twists and it keeps you guessing the whole way through. I enjoy her plots and the premise of her books. Typically I don't connect with the characters and that's fine with me. There were times in this book that I got SUPER annoyed with some of the decisions that the main character made so which knocked it to a 3.75/4 star instead of a 4.5 star. I liked the different clues that were put out there along the way and that she writes great psychological thrillers without having a red herring that made no sense. 

I will continue to read her. books because they are fun, quick smart thrillers. 

I loved this romance even more than Deliah green doesn’t care. I felt so seen in these characters especially identifying your sexuality later in life and also feeling like you are lost and not following your true dreams and feeling like you are not living up to others expectations. 

Ashley herring Blake writes amazi romance with delete. I love the way the characters speak with each other, it had fun hijibks, I could relate to a lot of the story and I enjoyed the spicier scenes. I will gor sure continue in this series and I hope the next book goes within Iris 

The only thing I wish there was more of was interaction between all the side characters, there is a lot of it but I want more because I love this friend group. Read this book for a fantastic queer romance with excellent characters, witty  banter, fun scenes and good spice.
